The most popular is the Fresh Toast!
It has loads of butter, layers, and is crispy outside and soft inside. Besides the toast, I like the comfortable environment as well. Although it is quite small, it provide an outdoor feeling.
BO-LO'GNE Café & Bar is from Kyoto. It became popular throughout Japan and is known there as the "magical bread". This restaurant is also staffed by Japanese immigrants, so they don't speak Cantonese very well. J

Or you can go to the branch at Harbor City (Tsim Sha Tsui), it provides more seats than Central.
